We offer a variety of services and programs for all types of buyers and sellers - all the way from "For Sale By Owner" through full service - and for all types of properties.  Our company was started January 1st, 2000.  Since then, we have continually grown.  As a matter of fact, since the beginning of 2005 we have closed well over $400 million in real estate and are still going strong.  We would love the opportunity to show you what we can do.

We work together as the SkorHomes Team with 4 Sale Realty, Inc. We live in McHenry county with our three children. We are passionate about real estate and about providing outstanding service to our clients.

We have been buying, rehabbing, selling and managing investment properties for over ten years.  Our goal is to help our clients gain wealth through their real estate purchases and to keep their resale costs low. 

We know the importance of keeping sales costs down.  High real estate commissions can eat up home equity and profits.  That's why we offer discounted realty services including our  Flat Fee MLS Listing Program - to help those home sellers who simply don't want to pay high real estate commissions.
